What are Cracklins?
A close cousin to pork rinds, Cajun Cracklins are what happens when you leave a bit of fat on the pork skin and fry it. The result is a heavier, chewier product with a meaty crunch that embodies the essence of Louisiana flavor. Cracklins have their roots in Cajun cooking, often enhanced with gourmet seasonings.
Stewie's Cajun Cracklins are crispy, golden, and seasoned with authentic Stewie's Cajun seasoning. A flavor that brings a little tast of the Bayou to every bite. Made with Southern tradition and plenty of heart, they're the perfect snack to share with family and friends - or enjoy all to yourself. Available in-store and in Horrocks across the isle from the hot sauce rack.
